Loudspeaker – Year 10 Workshops 

On Friday 5th December ‘Loudspeaker’ came to Duke’s to deliver a full day of workshops for year 10s on aspiration and character. The presenters were incredibly engaging and themed their work around ‘knowing yourself’ and next steps – a brilliant example of our Connect work in action. 

Employability Programme 

This week our year 10 employability group graduated from their programme with a final trip to Linklaters. They presented to a panel of employees from Linklaters and received amazing feedback on their work. They committed 100% to the programme and showed professionalism and tenacity. 

Football

Duke’s hosted Gladesmore this week for a year 9 football fixture. The result was a 3-3 draw but amazing goals from Romareo and Jeremiah. As ever our Duke’s team put in an amazing performance and showed fantastic team work and sportsmanship.

Music Concert

On the 27th November Duke’s hosted the Haringey borough Music hub concert. It was a huge success with a great turnout and some fantastic performances. Well done to the music department and all involved in the concert.
