Good News from Duke’s – 20th March 2025

Royal Albert Hall Extravaganza!

What a spectacular night to remember!

Haringey truly took centre stage at the Royal Albert Hall on Tuesday, 18th March 2025 when a group of Duke’s students took to the stage to perform.

Musicians from all over Haringey came together for an unforgettable performance, featuring 1,200 singers from local primary and secondary school choirs. They performed an inspiring array of songs composed around the theme “Rock and Stars” by Lucie Treacher, under the direction of the Head of Haringey Music Service Dan Earley.

The evening was further enriched by the accompaniment of the Haringey Symphony Orchestra, Big Band, Guitar Orchestra, Steel Band, and the remarkable Haringey Vox, each showcasing their incredible talent and uplifting repertoire.

A heartfelt thank you to the Haringey Music Service Staff members for their dedication and effort in making this event possible! Well done also to Ms Danso for her hard work in bringing this event to fruition.
